On check-in the girls we're lovely, they noted our rooms next to each other which we're granted. On checking-in to my room, when opening the door there was someone's items left in there, thankfully no one was in. I rang down to reception from my mum's room. Receptionist came up, checked what I was saying was correct, and then allocated me another room. Room was fine apart from being on a busy main road, which was too loud to have the window open so room was very stuffy.

Great location for what I required from this trip. Hotel bright, clean and tidy, food and beverages not outrageously priced and a damn good breakfast that set me up for the day. Would totally recommend for short stay business trips.

Looks nice but crap
Was really disappointed considering it was £99 for a night! The beds were the most uncomfortable I have sleep on, and that is saying something as I’ve slept on concrete floors before being in the forces! Secondly the food was below average, presented nice but the taste was very bland. I also asked the receptionist about using the blue light card and they knew nothing about it, even though hotels.com was on there advertising a %15 discount which they couldn’t honor or help out with. Overall I would not stay again. Ever

HIE Burnley
I dont often use corporate hotels but on this occasion i did. Pleasantly surprised. Staff were very friendly and the service was very good. My room was basic but more than sufficient for a one night stay. Hygiene was very good. I had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and again staff were great as was the food. Would I stay here again ? Yes i would.
