Wonderfully Quiet Cabin
Publié le 11 oct. 2021 sur HomeAwayMy family and I had a great stay here. Property is very quiet with a creek behind the cabin. The cabin had a lot of amenities which were a pleasant surprise. We did have an issue with one of the beds but nothing that caused any big issues. The fire pit was a nice touch. Will definitely stay again.

Cosy little cabin in the woods
Publié le 17 août 2021 sur HomeAwayWonderful place to spend some quiet time. Hot tub was great. Rooms were smaller than the pictures, and it could use some more chairs especially in dining area. But the overall experience was good. Kitchen has all facilities and the property owners were very helpful. Suggested lot of options for food as well as touring around, hiking etc. Lower floor was a hit with the kids. All waterfalls etc are within an hour, so we had a nice time. Somerset is also close by.

Thank you for staying with us! Our team at Lake Cumberland Resort III strives to make each stay the best possible for our guests. Unfortunately, there will be issues to overcome along the way, and we do our absolute best to correct those. This encounter is not a true representation of what we offer in our rentals. We take pride in our reviews. Because we are nearly at a 5-star rating, we are a Super Host on Airbnb and a Premiere Partner with VRBO.
Our standards are high, and we go over all issues with our staff to ensure we each learn from any mistakes. Our homeowner is very particular, so we thank you for bringing these things to our attention.
We love our solitude here in the Daniel Boone National Forest; however, bugs can show up seasonally. Our homes are sprayed inside and out monthly.
Moving forward, we will continue to work with our Six Sigma Consultant on our company policies and procedures.
