Everything is great however the dining was not up to the level

The hotel was good. My main complaint, and this surely should have been highlighted at the time of booking, was that the hotel served no alcohol at all.
We had to go to the hotel bar next door to get a drink.
This should have been made clear within the description of the hotel.
