Ok but not the best for Ramada group

The hotel is good, quite place, good room, but the service is not appropriate, the breakfast is poor, and the spa is not really clean... I fully not recommend you to go in the water!

This property was well built with elevators and is very appealing overall, and in a great location that is accessible and has AC which was a blessing. Hotel is quiet which we loved since Bursa can get hot and busy. Parking is free and space is fantastic and location is close to mall and such. Over all, hotel is clean but it’s definitely not brand new for a Ramada chain hotel but it’s better than most in the area in my opinion. The front end staff are incredibly kind and hospital and we’re literally the highlight of our almost two week stay. They are so welcoming and just overly respectful and kind. However, food was not very good. Even Turkish food (mantı) was mediocre. Breakfast is okay (no Turkish dishes really) and the floors in the rooms were rarely cleaned and sheets weren’t changed in over a week despite reaching out to front desk. The spa was nice but they took our towels off the chairs in the middle of it since kids came and were super disrespectful. Again, the staff was super kind and accommodating though. Would recommend, just need to be vocal.
