The checkin staff were very helpful but this was not a four star hotel experience. The drinks and food were expensive for the quality of food provided. The rooms were adequate but the room TV packed in completely on Saturday and the whole hotel TV system was having TV freezing issues. The room bathroom basin plug needed adjusting to retain water and the plastic bath showerhead was replaced as the head was cracked. The shower door has no bottom seal and can flood the bathroom floor making it potentially slippy (serious injury issue). On finding the glasses in the drawer, water was found in one of the glasses. After ordering a hot BLT at the Cross Over Bar it arrived cold.
