Could do better
Posted Aug. 18, 2020 on HotelsI made an all-paid reservation for 3 people, but on arrival was forced to pay an additional fee. The man working the counter basically said if it was an issue I should bring it up with expedia. Also the room had a mildew stench and was lacking a third set of towels, and the type of bathroom mess kit that is common among motels in Korea.

This hotel was incredible. It was located in a great spot, easy to walk around and literally right in front of the metro exit! The staff was really friendly and the room was very clean and there was a lot of space!

The pictures are terribly misleading. This is a run down hotel with very few redeeming features. Air con was broken, massive holes in the walls, shower flooded room, window didn’t lock, door was left unlocked after they cleaned, unprofessional situation at front desk, heavy stained mould in the shower...I could go on. We left and booked into another hotel as soon as we saw our door was unlocked.

Very stylish and modern, and extremely clean. Front-desk staff was very helpful, and the room was extremely comfortable!

Staffs were very friendly. Covenient location just 5 minutes walk from metro station.
