It is a new building that every facility is in good condition. The environment is quiet and in a walkable distance to public transport stations. The room is big and one will feel relax staying in the room.

주차랑 인포데스크 찾기가 너무 어려웠고 객실 찾아 들어가기까지 거의 한 시간 걸린 듯. 시설은 너무 좋았어요. 다만 침대가 좀 작고 짧아서 남편은 쇼파에서 잤음

大変綺麗な部屋でした。
部屋は大変綺麗に保たれていて床暖房で暖かく、エアコンは付ける必要がありませんでした。 水回りもかなり清潔でトイレもウォシュレットです。部屋からの景色はとても素敵です。 地図では駅横ですが、実際は大通りを跨ぐので釜山駅までは徒歩10分ぐらいでしょうか。1階にはコンビニがありますが、買い物や食事をする際にはタクシーが必須かもしれません。 総合的には部屋がとても良かったので満足です。

아저씨 체크인할 때 분은 뭔가 친절하지 않고 젊은 분 체크아웃할 때 분은 친절합니다. 방은 사용감이 없어서 그런지 바닥에 먼지 많고 온수 안뜨겁습니다. 추운 날에 아주 별로예요

フロントの場所がわかりにくかった。 釜山駅までの表示距離以上に遠く感じ、実際に時間がかかった。 ティッシュペーパーが無かったのは残念でした。

많이 다른 시스템이나 새건물에 만족
레지던스 아래 새건물이라 치약이 없네요 로비도 부족하고 리샙션이 위치나 꽤 달라요 주차도 미리 등록해야 하는 시스템 ㅠㅠ 그런데 이 가격에 룸등 시설은 매우 좋아요 스타일러 정말 잘 썼어요

장점 넓어서 좋았습니다. 경치가 좋았습니다. 전화 응대가 좋았습니다. 단점 음식물 버리는곳이 없습니다. 식기세척기 작동이 되질 않았습니다. 세탁기에 곰팡이 수건이 들어 있었습니다. 거실에 사용하는 휴지가 없었습니다. 주변에 큰 마트가 없습니다.(편의점만 있음)
