Publié le 14 févr. 2024 sur HotelsRéceptionniste de jour très désagréable, qui passe son temps sur son téléphone plutôt que de simplement vous dire " bonjour"
J'ai demandé un service par mail , je n'ai jamais eu de retour.
C'est pas cheret bien situé, mais l'expérience relation client est très mitigé voir mauvaise.

Avoid at any cost.

The bathroom is uncomfortable; you can't shower unless you're a contortionist, and even then, everything gets wet and flooded. One of the girls at the reception was completely unfriendly and impolite, which is terrible. I would have given more stars, because even with the bathroom issues and room size, the location is convenient. However, the terrible attitude of the receptionist makes me give only one star. People like her are not qualified to be at the front desk.

便利な場所

部屋から出るとエアコンつけ直しが必要で、鍵は1枚でさしていないと電気系が全部落ちるので、ちょっとお水を取りにとか、フロントに聞きたいことがあって行く時に不便だった。
スタッフは質問には対応してくれるがフレンドリーな感じではなかった。
チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれた。
隣の海鮮カルクッスが美味しかった。

깨끗하고 대부분직원은 친절하였는데 체크아웃때 불친절산 안내가 있었음 매우 불쾌했지만 떠나는 입장이라 내의지대로 행동했다.
