2 family getaway
Publié le 21 août 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family and my brother's family rented this house for a week. It was 4 teens ages 14-19 and 4 adults. We stayed at the beginning of August when temps were in the 80s with high humidity and a lot of rain. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our party. The hosts were reachable and responsive. We had an initial glitch the first night when we realized that there was AC only in the master bedroom, living room and dining room. The other 2 bedrooms only had ceiling fans and the occupants couldn't figure out how to leave the fan on but turn the lights off. Once we figured that out it was fine. There is also a dehumidifyer in the basement that we emptied regularly that significantly helped keep the downstairs cool too. It rained every day except one, so there was a lot of pool playing and board games, and one night of a fire in the firepit. The location was perfect for a hike at Dingman's ferry, a kayak trip down the delaware, and a movie. The house was well appointed, the facilities in the community nice, scenery beautiful and hosts responsive. All in all I would highly recommend and would rent here again.

Another great Poconos stay

Family reunion,

Enjoyed several amenities in the neighborhood.
Top of the world, 5k and lives seeing the deer and turkeys.

Best Holiday Getaway

They even left us a welcome basket. Definitely a great place to stay. The community amenities are fantastic. We loved the pool. The entire community is well maintained. I would come back again.
