"MalaMilla" is a sensational two-bedroom villa - welcoming & sun bathed with uninterrupted views of unspoilt local bush, & an easy one kilometre stroll through treed pathways to the heart of Dunsborough with it's fabulous shopping, great restaurants and the beach.

"MalaMilla”'is in easy reach of just about everything the Southwest has to offer -Yallingup Beach & the surf, Meelup, Eagle Bay & the calm waters of Geographe Bay, Busselton & Margaret River wineries.This short stay Dunsborough villa includes -2 good sized ensuite bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living area & veranda.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in the family, including :

•a fridge, microwave, oven & hotplate
•plenty of crockery & cookware – so entertaining is easy.

Lovely short break
It was great to be close to Dunsborough (and easy 1.5 k walk to cafes and shops) but away from the crowds. The villa was very quiet even though it is part of a larger complex. The bedrooms are a good size and separate bathrooms are great. It has everything you need and is good value.

Enjoyed our stay, arriving on the Thursday for a wedding on the Friday, staying till Sunday. Accommodation was well located, only 1km out of Dunsborough; clean, tidy and had all we needed to make for a comfortable stay. Richard was always responsive whenever I had any queries. Highly recommend!

This property was well situated being only a short way out of town. It was very comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed the outlook over the bush from the deck. Everything was great and we would definitely stay there again.

My husband,my cousin and her husband planned a surprise visit to Margaret River for our aunts birthday. The location was perfect as we knew the area fairly well. The unit was clean, warm and cosy. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Dunsborough villa. It was a quiet location but close to everything we wanted to see. The villa itself is very comfortable with all the requirements we needed. We had a small issue with one of the toilets, but Richard responded quickly when we reported it. We would highly recommend the villa.

Family vacay
The villa worked well for our young family. It was a great size and having 2 bathrooms was a plus. The location of the villa was in a nice spot set amongst the bushland. Kids loved walking over the nearby foot bridge. Even though we were close to Caves Rd it sure didn’t feel like it. Being on caves road worked well for us as the villa was situated between yallingup and Dunsborough making it an easy drive to most attractions. There was also a foot path to Dunsborough town. We didn’t walk the footpath as it was too far for our small kids. We knew this when booking though. Overall we had a great stay and would strongly recommend. Thank you for having us.

Well appointed unit with everything you need for a getaway in the South West. Ample kitchen utensils and appliances. Bed was comfortable and water pressure in shower was perfect. Will stay again in the future.

3 day break in a beautiful setting
3 of us aged late 60’s were very comfortable in the cabin. There was plenty of room throughout the place including the bedrooms and bathrooms. It was a nice 15 minute walk into the town centre and a 5 minute drive to the Ngigli caves which were fascinating. Also nearby was the Caves Place hotel which was very good if only to look at their expansive gardens and good eating areas. Would recommend this stay to anyone as it seems to suit all age groups.

Comfortable holiday villa
We really enjoyed our stay at this villa just outside Dunsborough. Check in process was easy and we were very appreciative the ample air-conditioning during the recent heat wave. The only thing was that the villa was not quite as clean as we expected from reading previous reviews (perhaps it was a substitute cleaner?).
