Great play areas for children and our Studio Cabin had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

I didnt really like the staff in reception found them to be very unhelpful. My kids taught the were tude too. Smiled but very fake

We strive to provide excellent customer service to all our guests and apologize if you felt this was not the case.Regarding your booking, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly, however you arrived with three additional guests, pushing you beyond the maximum number for the accommodation you had reserved. We were pleased to accommodate you in a larger room to fit your needs, albeit with an additional fee as per our policy. Our team worked hard to make the necessary arrangements, even on a Sunday evening, and we regret if this process caused any inconvenience.We appreciate your understanding in this matter and are glad we could still accommodate your needs. Mandalay is very well maintained, we were there the week after school holidays and it was spotlessly clean, the staff are super friendly (including ground staff). Our cabin (beach cabin 6) was really clean, the provided plates, utensils and kitchen stuff were all good quality and more than adequate to cook a few meals. The kids loved being able to explore the park and find all of the playgrounds and even did some possum spotting inside the park. The pools were clean and the warm pools were a hit with the little ones despite the cool weather.

Fantastic park for families, park was buzzing with kids playing. Coffee/Food Van patked there full time for breakfast and dinner bites. Playgrounds all over the park, great swimming indoor and outdoor. Indoor pool heated for swimming all year round. Opposite the beach. 5 mins from Busso centre the list goes on!!!

Stayed here for 4 nights. It is a convenient location, chalet is spacious and clean too! Hassle free from late check-in to check out with friendly staff.
