Step outside onto the expansive timber deck, where a stunning outdoor dining area, BBQ, and lounge seating create the perfect setting for alfresco gatherings, and the sparkling infinity pool invites you to cool off on warm days. The beautifully landscaped gardens provide space to wander, relax, and enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature.
The primary suite, located in the east wing, features a king-sized bed, vineyard views, and a modern ensuite with a walk-in shower and a deep bathtub. Also in the east wing, two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed and share a sleek bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The west wing houses a private queen bedroom, sharing a bathroom with a fun and colourful kids’ room furnished with two bunk beds, a TV, and a unique clear swing chair—perfect for little adventurers.
Additional amenities include a laundry room with a washer and dryer, ample outdoor parking, and a Tesla Type 2 charger which can be made available upon request.
The main driveway to the house is an extended rural gravel driveway and is not suitable for cars with exceptionally low clearance.
Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
