My recent stay at the Tesla MedBed Center left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. Despite my initial excitement about staying at this hotel, the overall experience fell far below my expectations due to poor maintenance and a lack of responsiveness from the staff.
Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed signs of neglect. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the room were subpar, and it was evident that little effort had been made to maintain the space. To my utmost dismay, I discovered a dead lizard under the side table, indicating a lack of attention to detail and cleanliness. This not only left me feeling disgusted but also raised concerns about the overall hygiene of the room.
When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, I expected a prompt and professional response. Unfortunately, their lack of action was disheartening.
