This was our first time staying at a Fairfield Inn and found it to be very enjoyable. Room was very clean, and staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was hot and delicious.

Wasn’t in my room 3 hours before checkout and they helped them selves in and cleaned the room while throwing away my clothes except the ones they liked. Ended up costing a few hundred dollars extra.

The water system is horrible. My wife was scalded by the hot water in shower as it went from warm to scalding hot. she almost fell twice. totally unsafe. When mentioned to front desk, was told "oh ya, does it all the time" Also, pillows were paper thin or rock hard. Had a terrible 2 nights sleep. We will never stay again.

Enjoyed my stay thoroughly. The breakfast was one of my favourites as they had a great variety, and was the first hotel that offered GF options and I was able to make a tea as they had oat milk too! Very impressed.

The hotel was nice, the construction next door was a bit of a hassle with parking. Did make note to the concierge at check out for house keeping to do a little better checking rooms, as we found a child's sock from who knows when and the bathroom has some orange mildew behind the toiletries (wall mounted full size was nice and smelt good) in the shower. Otherwise stay was decent.

Great attention to detail in the rooms, very clean room and entire hotel, great breakfast, very friendly people especially at breakfast service. Greatly appreciated the free menstrual products in the bathroom near the lobby and the noon check-out. Would definitely recommend and come back.
