Hot tub was “closed” with no explanation. These hotels really need to be held accountable to either keep up their amenities or stop advertising them…

I am sorry to hear that the pool was closed. Only reason it would be closed is because we were balancing the chemicals. When we are doing that we have to close the pool down for a good hour to make sure our pool and spa are safe. We normally do this in the late morning. I have passed this along to maintenance to make sure this is happening. Thank you for the feedback!

Bed could have been more comfy

Hotel was clean and room was large. Staff were polite and breakfast was good.
Parking was limited due to construction in lot in front of hotel. Car was very dirty each morning from the digging and moving of materials on construction site.
