We had an amazing time. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Great facilities and parking available. Only thing is next time I would take a room on the first floor. Steps are a little steep for those who have mobility problems. But, overall, it was great.

Estimada Yamilette,Gracias por su opinión. Estas evaluaciones son muy importantes para nosotros, y nos permiten continuar mejorando nuestro producto turístico.Fue un privilegio tenerlos con nosotros, y lamentamos que su estadía no haya sido como usted esperaba. Nuestros empleados se esmeran en crear un ambiente acogedor, junto a unas facilidades muy limpias y seguras para nuestros huéspedes. La piscina está diseñada para el disfrute de hasta 60 personas simultáneamente; y está dividida en una sección de niños pequeños y otra para niños más grandes y adultos. En momentos limitados, hemos observado hasta 30 personas entre el agua y sus alrededores. Sobre los baños del área recreativa, aparentemente algún huésped los tapó con papel en exceso, y nos vimos en la obligación de cerrarlos mientras llegaba un profesional externo. En par de horas estuvieron listos nuevamente. Esperamos verlo nuevamente pronto. Atentamente, Tomás Ramírez

It was smaller than expected for the price and the beach doesn't have any prepared area for visitors (seats, bench, tables) and the rope that defines the area was not complete. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our beach, Playa El Combate, is part of the Cabo Rojo National Wildlife Refuge, and is maintained as natural as possible. For this reason, it does not have seats, or benches. Another excellent short vacation. The beach is perfect and the access is very convenient. The room size was perfect and very clean. Love this place!!
