Very pleased with our stay. Staff was super friendly and fun, huge plus was that it was walkable to town:)

The hotel is in a great location. Some staff members are very friendly other are terrible with their attitude and I noticed A gentleman that was working Saturday at the pool area that relax pool he had preferences with people that he was giving canopies versus lounge chairs.

The head chef Victor was great went above and beyond so did the leader. Felipe made sure all our needs were met.
Down the property is to go to the restaurant you have to cross an alley and go into a second building go down and then go back up in elevator time to go to the restaurants. They need to improve it by building breezeway.

It was amazing and the staff is so attentive. Very clean, fun, but also quiet. Lovely view! So beautiful all in all, so many things included.

Great spot to be close to downtown. I’d say it’s in between mid and mid high resort. Staff are great! I enjoyed my stay!
