Great location and scenery. We would recommend this hotel if it wasn’t for a terrible experience we had with their customer service team. The issue was that they mistakenly charged a mini bar soda can to our tab. We immediately informed them that we never touched nor consumed any of the mini bar products or drinks. They literally called us liars and they insisted that we took the drink. After minutes in the phone with their room service manager, they hung up on my wife and eventually removed the erroneous charge. This was literally the final interaction we had with them as we were checking out of the hotel. They ruined our memory of the stay over their insistence that we consumed something we actually didn’t. It’s just a soda and we could have just paid it and went on with our lives but in principle and they way they dealt with the issue is inexcusable.

The service was awesome! The front desk person her name starts with an A with red lipstick she was so accommodating to us and I appreciate it! I already forgot her name. She was AWESOME! The staff is fast to accommodate you and my fav was breakfast and the swim up bar food. Excellent we will be back next year!

I have nothing negative to say about this property. The staff and service were fantastic. The hotel was spotless and had numerous dining options on site in addition to the streets surrounding the property. They also have 24 hour taxi service available on site. The pools were great and the beach access was a short walk down a couple flights of stairs. The beach was clean and the water was beautiful and swimmable. Most of Cabo's beaches are not swimmable b/c the waters are too rough. Not this beach! It was perfect! There are a bunch of bars and dining options right behind the hotel that line the beach. I did not get a chance to use the spa so I cannot provide any feedback on that.
