Missing some amenities and guest experience touches for a premium resort. Staff was friendly. Surrounding area and never ending attempts to sell us stuff was a buzz kill. Also prices of goods and services were higher than expected. Like $6USD for small bottle of water type of thing, nothing complimentary, everything designed to extract most amount of money out of guests. Will not be returning.

Service staff was amazing. The reason for the 3 starts on service is the management they did little to nothing when an error on our spa reservation needed to change and they did nothing to help when other guest laid on my wife’s pool side chair and they did nothing to move the person. He was literally sitting on her stuff and Managment would not remove him.

Family fun vacation

It was a fun and relaxing family vacation! We enjoyed the hotel very much. It’s clean and beautiful! It’s also a great location, walking distance to many great restaurants. We definitely will come back and stay here.

The property is clean, in a nice location and the restaurants onsite are good! They have a rooftop pool (adults only) as well as two other pools and a beach club with day beds and food and drink service. The only downside is they try and get you to do a tour for their “membership program” aka timeshare. But otherwise if you are firm and tell them you’re not interested they leave you alone. I have stayed here two times and would definitely return.

I absolutely love this resort! I had a lovely time at Corazón Cabo . The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, the pools were gorgeous, and the food was delicious! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. We are members. Thank you CORAZON CABO for making us happy during our stay .
