Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would go back! Everyone was very helpful and friendly, the food was delicious, and the facilities were clean and nice! Service was sometimes slow & the shower lips are very low and easily overflow which is annoying but both were very manageable and didn't degrade my experience. We did have some issues with transportation offsite as well but I consider that separate separate from the resort experience.

Loved it! Staff was lovely, always going the extra mile to be welcoming, hospitable and professional. In general, house keeping was good with upkeep of room and keeping toiletries stocked up. Rooms and property were clean.

They try to sell one of those share time. And they even force their way in to the sale, i wasn't interested since the beginning, and the salesmen got mad to me and blow me over, got mad to me because i didn't agree to buy the time share, and then, i notice the service got bad, it was all inclusive and they never refill my fridge, i have to keep asking fort them to refill and they didn't, aslo the beach is clean private but it is a lot of stones and coral, is no place to swim or relax due the risk of been troun against the coral rift. Bottom line. My experience wasn't the best😪😪😪

We have families trip for 3 nights at this place and experienced terrible service started from rude receptionist , inconvenience room arrangement , this hotel is very old and not remodeled up to current level no usb pot for charging phone, our luggage was not put in the room took 4 hours to call them and get the luggage , for the transportation they charge a lot cheaper of money to get 20 minute ride Most importantly the food over there was terrible , breakfast and lunch they only offer outdoor seating with lots of fry all over your food
