Lovely property with beautiful views, nice rooms, excellent staff and good dining options. The buffet restaurant, Frida and Lucca restaurants were excellent food and service (portions could be a bit bigger, but the resort is all-inclusive so you can always order more). We had a problem with musty odor in one of our rooms which despite staff trying to replace/clean a carpet, did not abate. It limited our ability to use the room, which was part of a two-bedroom ambassador suite we reserved. On that note, the 2-BR suite is not really a suite. It is two adjoining rooms. The listing on Expedia also indicated a "plunge pool" (in two places on the listing), which is not part of this room class. I pointed that out to management as it is essentially false advertising. The management offered us a concession on a future stay and we would happily stay there again, but I think the ambassador 2-BR family suite is not advertised correctly. The pools are beautiful and there are nice amenities like a kids club, teen club, ping pong, etc. The beach at the resort is not swimmable but excursions from Cabo are easily arranged through 3rd parties and it only takes about 20 minutes to get to the marina, where there is also a public beach easily accessible. All in all, we'd happily stay there again, and anticipate the management will honor their commitment to remediating the inconvenience we experienced with the room issue. Thanks!

Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend, especially with kids. I can go on and on. This is the definition of 5 star property on every level.

Beautiful, clean and excellent property! Assigned concierge (Daniel) did an excellent job! Perfect for kids and family, lot of kid activities, tasty food, cosy rooms and staff took excellent care of us - will definitely visit again!

Everyone was very welcoming and friendly their kids club is the absolute best definitely recommend to families traveling with children. Everything is definitely inclusive!!
