The resort staff is wonderful, all friendly and helpful. The views are great and food is pretty good. Personally I felt drinks were over priced, but the staff and waiters went above and beyond for guests. They have a small turtle egg enclosure which was very cool to witness. Pools are a bit crowded and empty pool chairs are hard to come by. I came to this resort in January and sand was excellent as well as beach volleyball. My trip in October was not the same, the sand was rough and coarse and beach volleyball was not organized by activities staff.

What an amazing experience. I loved every minute of my stay. Great food, great service, amazing property. I was sad to hear the hotel will be absorbed by the timeshare resort. Maybe I’ll consider a timeshare if it means I can come back.

Muy bonito hotel sin embargo mi check in no fue del todo agradable que terminó afectando mi estancia al desconocer los créditos en alimentos y bebidas que tenía y no supe ni en que consistia.

The resort was spotless and very well kept. The room lacked a coffee maker! This is the first hotel I’ve been to in years that doesn’t have an individual coffee maker so you basically have to work around the Starbucks schedule for coffee/ tea because it’s only open a couple hours a day and most restaurants don’t have coffee available. The food was excessively over priced for being in Mexico! A taco the size of my palm is $75 pesos~$3.50 for a mini taco! That’s more expensive than any taco I’ve paid for in a resort in La Jolla, California! If the food portions would of been bigger then I wouldn’t of minded the prices but some of them are ridiculous like a mango slushy that i couldn’t even verify if it had alcohol or not was $25 in an 8 oz cup! Which is more than in Las Vegas, where you can taste the entire shot of alcohol. Apart from the overpriced food I loved the hotel. Got a couples massage and it was amazing
