The location was in a great spot. However there was a fair few issues with our check in. They kept the walking us we needed to pay even though our booking was paid in advance. If you're an international guest (outside the US) make sure you clarify this upon check in. Hotel Baja Cabo also states they're able to arrange transportations however it is impossible to contact them via phone or email. Very disappointed from this.

it was very inexpensive so I wasn't expecting much. It was the perfect location for me and the only drawback from my perspective was having to share the dorm room three nights with a local who stayed there because he kept having fights with his girlfriend. Nothing special but a great price.

Easy Walking distance to everything, room not modern and so-so adequate but clean enough, fair price for Cabo, real comfortable nice patios with lots of plants. I don’t think my room had AC, ok for November and winter but would not want to do summer without.

Pros: I especially liked the plants on the stairs, the balcony, and the roof. There is plenty of space to sit outside the room that is very pleasant.
Location: The location is perfect, very close to shops and restaurants, museum, and coffee shops, and a nice walk to Medano beach. No need to have a car.
The hotel owner allowed an additional guest at no extra charge, and was very friendly.

Ok if you're on a budget

When I arrived there was an issue with check-in, I don't speak Spanish and the lady at reception didn't speak English so I didn't know what was happening. Almost an hour later I was taken to a horrible room with 4 beds in it - not what I booked. Moments later I was taken to a much nicer room - the one I actually booked! From then on my experience was good.

WE REGRET YOUR DISCOMFORT. I WISH THE CHECK IN IS AT FIFTEEN HOURS AND YOU ARRIVE BEFORE; THAT THE STAFF WHO SPEAK ENGLISH WILL ENTER TO WORK AT THAT HOUR .. THE LADY WHO ATTENDED IT WANTED TO BE FRIENDLY AND GAVE YOU INTO A WRONG ROOM. WHAT WE CORRECT IMMEDIATELY. REGARDING THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL. IT IS A FIFTY STEPS FROM THE CENTER OF CAPE SAN LUCAS.SALUDOS
