En général c’est bien, mais les choses qu’on n’as pas aimé c’est que il y’a n’as pas des possibilités pour s’installer sur la plage.

Le site est magnifique, avoir accès aux trois Riu était super plaisant. Manque un peu de climatisation dans certains lieux, et l'odeur dans la chambre qui était désagréable toute la semaine, mais supportable.

This was our second stay at Riu Palace. On our second afternoon I became quite ill due to food poisoning and was confined in our room for a day and a half. Room service changed our sheets out twice that day without a beat.
I like this property and will most likely return in the future.

The property itself is amazing. Shower had a sewer type smell though. Drain was obviously dirty. Ordered room service twice on hotel app. Both times, it never showed up. Had bugs in tequila and they changed that right away. Also, done on app. Buffet staff was awesome! Can’t say enough about the service. I think the steak in buffet was actually a bit better than the steak house steak. Friend ordered a lobster dish in Italian restaurant and got a tiny lobster. The rest of us got good sized ones. The waiter asked if she wanted another tail. The manager came out to let her know he made an exception for her and “it will not happen again tomorrow.” Came across condescending and rude. The waiter on the other hand was great. Swim up bartenders were average, hard to beat the view at swim up bar. Yes, we did tip the staff and they were very grateful. Would stay here again.
