Breathtaking Escape
Publié le 8 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayWhat an incredible experience! The property is exactly as advertised - well maintained, perfect location, and stunning views of the ocean. We celebrated my partner's 40th with several couple-friends and everyone had an unforgettable experience. The villa is easy to get to, has spectacular views (we saw whales everyday!), two lovely (not huge - but great for soaking) pools, and a great kitchen where we prepared our meals. Dario, our concierge for our stay, checked in every day to see if we needed anything and responded extremely quickly the one or two times we had a request. The welcome snacks were a delightful surprise and the entire process was smooth and easy. Highly recommended!

Best 50th birthday party ever
Publié le 19 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe place was just fantastic for the 10 of us. The views from the balcony were spectacular! The tennis courts, pickleball courts nearby made us get out for a few games. The beach is accessible and so is downtown. No complaints at all.. would go by there again.
Nacole was also responsive and arranged for a chef and help during our stay.

Publié le 17 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family booked this beautiful older house in Pedregal for 3 consecutive weeks. It is in a gorgeous location with sweeping views of the Pacific. The house is generally well appointed though it is showing it’s age and is in need of structural repairs. The chef (Martin) and concierge (Dario) were fantastic, always available, and very welcoming. We also used the massage services which were a MUST! It is very well laid out for a large family to spend days and evenings together and enjoy the scenery, cooking together, and using the theater room (great for Karaoke).
We did have one major incident with the owner which marred an otherwise fantastic trip. We had an event where the home lost power, running water, and flushable toilets due to a heavy rain (no neighbors had these problems, isolated to this house). There were several leaky ceilings within the house. Repairs were estimated to take at least two days. We had to move out of the home and find ourselves alternate accommodations (the owner did not offer to assist with this). It took 3 weeks of wrangling with the owner to get their consent to finally refund the two days where we were unable to stay at their home.
Overall great rental with solid local management but would never return due to poor owner communication and lack of assistance provided when crisis occurred.

The property was gorgeous however the Villa lost power and water the final two days of our trip where we could not see in the house at night, take showers, or use the bathrooms.

Perfect Getaway
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe home is absolutely gorgeous and the views are spectacular! We were a large family group with a variety of ages, and having so many bedrooms with amazingly comfortable beds was perfect! The large common area worked
beautifully for gathering in the evenings for dinners, games, etc. We loved it!

Great house with a great chef!
