The main issue we had at this place was the roaches by the fridge and the hotel response to it. First, they came in with chemicals to spray the entire room even though we have to sleep there smelling the toxic chemicals. On check out we were given $100 credit which was an insult given how much we spent there. Upon our return to the USA, we had to take all our clothes to dry cleaners and trash the luggages as we were afraid we would bring roaches or their eggs with us.
Over all the resort is very nice. The food is amazing. The drinks are nothing short of price gouging. The cheapest wine is $33 (US$) for half of glass for some nameless wine and the price goes up from there. The nearest city is 30 min by a taxi that cost $44 one way.
I recommend to pick up wine or drinks from the airport. If you go to the city, and you are allergic to bees, bring an extra epi pen and Benadryl. Too many bees to count.
The food at the hotel is excellent. It’s 5* plus. It is worth the cost. Service is excellent. The beach is unuseable- waves and currents ……it’s not a place to enjoy the beach. It’s a place to relax and enjoy the resort.
The rooms are very big and there is a couch that can be used as a bed so it’s great for families.
It’s a very safe place and well secured.

Beautiful property but this isn’t luxury!!!!!

We ended up fighting at least 15 house flies in our room. Called front desk to send someone to assist— over 3 hours later a guy shows up to kill them one by one. Then, I paid extra for a private swim up pool, thinking it’ll be a romantic touch… There were huge dead roaches and so sorts of bugs in it morning till night. Called for it to be cleaned, no one ever showed up. So we couldn’t use it. This is not what one would expect from a Nobu brand. It was really disappointing.

This property is in a remote location approximately 40 mins south of Cabo without access to a swimming beach. You are forced to eat at the hotel restaurants that are very expensive and have limited menu options. There was an extra charge for everything even to use of a pool that was part of the hotel. They won’t allow Uber for transportation either and you have to use their expensive taxi service.
The property itself is beautiful and very clean with very attentive staff.
I would not be visiting again cause I prefer to have more food options and causal dining.
