Most everything was a positive, One issue that we did encounter at check in was that they couldn't find our information initially which was concerning, the other issue was when we were leaving the Concierge could not verify our pickup shuttle even after providing her a reservation number and a phone number to call which was a little stressful especially when we had a plane to catch. she made no attempt to help!

Playa Grande is such a family friendly hotel and so safe for all. I couldn’t see myself staying anywhere else while in Cabo. It’s a home away from him with stunning views of the ocean. Always impeccably clean and friendly staff. Till next time!

Playa Grande was perfect, they have a great facility. The pools were awesome and so was the staff. Couldn’t have picked a better place!

The ads don't tell you that the beach in front of the hotel is not swimmable, it is permanently closed, so if you want to go into the ocean you have to go somewhere else. Also, staff is not very honest. I accidentally left my watch in the gym while I worked out and nobody else was there, but when I left and called later to retrieve my watch "nobody had seen it" and didn't know what happened to the watch. The cleaning crew most have taken it and didn't report it. They have a lost and found department, but it looks it is just to make guests feel secure, but they could not locate my watch. I will never go back there.

For the safety of our guests, swimming in front of the hotel is not permitted due to strong currents, and we understand how disappointing this could be but your safety is our priority. As for your lost watch, we are genuinely sorry to hear about this unfortunate incident. Please be assured that we hold our team members to the highest standards of integrity, and we have a detailed process in place to manage lost items. We regret that we were unable to locate your watch despite our efforts as a common area guests can also pass and is difficult to identify if was there.We value your feedback and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced.
