The resort is beautiful, the staff was outstanding and the location to town was also great. These were the good things, but there was one large disappointment that continually resurfaced and that was “for an EXTRA CHARGE”. We paid for an all inclusive package and at every turn we were told there would be an extra charge for something. We regularly stay at all inclusive resorts and unfortunately this was a big disappointment for such a great resort. Charge more up front but stop the nickel and dime games.

My second trip to this property. The first was awesome. The second, was not. 2 in our party has debit cards stolen. I am still dealing with calls and emails trying to release the holds on my credit card. Billing mistakes. The food was average and worse than the last. The steak house was not a good experience. The worst part is their new upcharge policy. That is all I heard when I ordered something about the stupid upcharge. Be all-inclusive at the right price, or don't be. Everything had boundaries. That is not why I went back. No upgrade was available to avoid the constant upcharge discussions.

Had a great time at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica. Marco and Martin were great and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best service possible. I highly recommend this resort and I will definitely be returning myself.

By far exceeded our expectations. We will be returning for sure! Gabriel and Dulce are gems and go out of their way to do literally anything for you during your stay.
