Terrasol is known for it's quiet peaceful relaxing laid-back atmosphere. The resort is the peaceful, tranquil place on the Pacific side away from the Cabo party life.

Bring your whole family to this beautiful, spacious condo.

The condo is located in the beautiful Terrasol Beach Resort, right on Land's End. It is truly the Jewel of Cabo. Each of our guests have had an amazing time and express a deep desire to return. We have owned the property for over 25 years and absolutely love coming here multiple times a year.

We have the only 4 bedroom, 3 full bath condo at Terrasol Beach Resort. The condo is completely remodeled and features 2 primary bedrooms with terraces...fall asleep to the crashing of the waves, a room with a queen bed and a perfect 4 bed bunk room for the kids. Each of the 3 bathrooms is fully equipped and features granite counter tops and tile showers/bath. The spacious great room allows you to reminisce about the days adventures while not feeling crowded. Both terraces overlook the main pool with it's swim up palapa bar\restaurant as well as breath-taking ocean views and a BBQ. Watch both sunrise and sunset over the ocean. Sit and relax while watching whales, rays, fishing boats, and cruise ships pass by. Our condo is absolutely perfect for a big family or multiple families to make memories of a lifetime.

Terrasol is a 24 hour gated\guarded beach community that offer a quiet and serene setting to allow you to relax and enjoy your stay. All of the condos in Terrasol are privately owned and most are not rented, so it is never crowded or loud like other resorts. There are plenty of chairs available by the pool and always a table open at the restaurant. It has three sparkling pools, a swim up palapa bar\restaurant where Maurice and Tina serve breakfast, lunch and amazing margaritas. The main pool has a small kiddie pool attached for the little ones. The open air gym recently got new equipment and was expanded. There is ping pong and a "Take a book Leave a book" little library located in the lobby. We have beach games, board games and cards.

Some of the best surf fishing can be found on the beach directly in front of the condo. Catch roosterfish, sierra, tuna, dorado along with many others. Take your catch to the palapa bar and they will prepare it to your liking. Unfortunately it is not advisable to swim in the surf in front of the condo, due to rough surf.

Terrasol's perfect location is a short. 5 minute walk to the marina and downtown, giving you easy access to numerous restaurants, great shopping and the famous fishing fleets of Cabo, water taxis, and more.

By the end of your visit, you will agree that this is the best place to stay in Cabo and will want to make memories here year after year.

Quiet refuge in the middle of it all
Great location to satisfy all age ranges. Close to town for young adults, while also being tucked away and private for older adults. The suite is a great size for extended family or friends, so everyone can have their space.

We just love Terrasol, best location in Cabo! Easy walk to the Marina, Restaurants and shops. The views were beautiful. We saw whales and sea lions from the balcony.We did have issues with the condo. In one of the bathrooms there was a leaky toilet and in the master bathroom there was no water pressure in the shower so we never could use the shower. We shut off the toilet and the owners told us that they would have someone out there ASAP, he showed up, left and never came back. The owner gave us a small credit to the Palapa Bar for our inconvenience.

Has potential, but needs improvements
We love Terrasol. It has a great palapa bar, it is walking distance to the marina and it is reasonably priced. We also really like this condo because it has 4 bedrooms, allowing our family to stay together in one unit. This was our second stay. The pros: comfy beds, 4 bedrooms and a bunk room, sand toys and pool toys. The cons: the main pool heater was broken and so the pool was freezing and me and my kids didn’t want to swim. I alerted the owner but no compensation was offered. She just said that she didn’t have control over that. There is very poor water pressure in all bathrooms. The screens are hard to open and shut. When we arrived there was no door handle on one bedroom so we couldn’t shut it for privacy. In the kids bunk room, there were LED lights that were very blue in tone, which strobed because they were not compatible with the ceiling light. It started strobing at 3am and woke my kids up creating a long night. The propane tank for the grill required a wrench to open and use - which was an issue we flagged at our last stay as well. The pool towels are practically rags. When I alerted the owner, both the door and lights were fixed. There were no trash bags for the main kitchen so we went to Costco and bought some. The owner gave us 50 for our troubles, which felt like an insult after all we experienced. Overall this unit has a lot of potential, but needs more attention to basic maintenance and updates to keep it worth it. We hope this helps them take action.

The location can’t be beat. Great condo, super easy access to marina, shops, restaurants, etc. The pool and beach are A! The palapa serves food and drinks that are amazing! Great service and affordable. Resort staff are accommodating and the property is spotless!! Not crowded or noisy!

Our family spent 3 nights at Terrasol and had a wonderful time! We used the pool and Palapa restaurant during the day and went into Cabo for dinners. My favorite part was whale watching from the balcony.

Wonderful stay at Terrasol
We spent a week at Terrasol with my husband and our five kids and it was amazing! The space had plenty of room for all of us, it was so clean and comfortable and the staff at the resort were so friendly. The location was perfect with shopping, restaurants and beaches all within walking distance. We loved the restaurant on site and had several dinners and breakfast there. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Trip
We had an amazing time. Everything we needed was in the condo. Both pools are steps away from the condo and getting into town on foot was safe, easy and fast. Such a great host. We had a million questions before the trip and during and she always responded promptly. The house manager was so friendly at the property and offered recs that were not tourist attractions. I highly recommend this place.

The beachfront view from the deck is amazing and a beach walk is just steps away. The condo is very spacious and plenty of room to unpack belongings. My one complaint is with the property management team. They did not do their job in preparing for our arrival so we had to have them in the day after our arrival to address water pressure issues. If a proper cleaning had been done days before we arrived, they would have known there were problems.

Fantastic location, great view, close to downtown and the marina when you want it, nice secluded beach when you don’t. Most reasonable food and drinks in town at la palapa right in front of the unit. Saw tons of whales which were a huge hit. Unit has an insane amount of space and it was very nice.

Great communication with owner! Great Condo & peaceful surroundings. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean, large but cozy. The patio area had great views of the pool, ocean & we even could see whales migrating! Walking distance to town/ marina. The office staff was very helpfull will setting up taxis & rental car. The restaurant on property had great breakfast & lunch.

Terrasol is perfect!
The view shown on VRBO is accurate. 3 couples stayed 1/27-2/3/24 and had our expectations exceeded. Overlooks pool, beach, and the Pacific. The unit is very comfortable and outfitted with all items needed for a wonderful stay. Terrasol is THE best location in Cabo. Can walk to marina in less than 10 minutes, making it close to all the wonderful restaurants and nightlife Cabo has to offer. Laurie was very responsive and made great recommendations for both excursions and restaurants. Terrasol is relaxing beyond belief-very quiet and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We will be back!

fantastic lovely place
I arrived with 3 adult children and their spouses and 4 grandkids. We had an amazing week's vacation for my 70th birthday. the condo was a perfect place for us all to be together. Being close to Lands End on the Pacific side, it actually was good that the beach was not for swimming since it kept the kids safe. The pools were fantastic and the Palapa Bar served great food and drink - margaritas not to be missed! - we had many meals there, never leaving the property. So so easy to call an Uber to anywhere we wanted to go, including shopping trips to Walmart for food and necessities - quite easy. Highly recommended. Condo staff were very helpful - we hired a taxi for the whole family to take us up to San Jose del Cabo one day - went to other beaches and the treat of meal at Flora Farms. BTW a great dive shop just down the road: MantaScuba - several of us were able to do a day trip to LaPaz to snorkel with whale sharks and sea lions. Thank you!

Perfect Location
This property is the perfect location if you're looking for beach, sunset/sunrise, and peaceful venues! The home offers space for large groups to have some privacy. 2 balconies with a view over the pool to the beach and ocean is beautiful! Easy walk to the Marina area. If you want to experience the Cabo life, it's just a 10 minute walk away. Overall, we enjoyed the experience as a true flavor of Cabo. We even caught a nice tuna and marlin with Mario in the marina! Small boat for 4 and great captain!

Amazing Views
The condo was great! Could use one less bunk for a full bed. Place was clean! Water pressure in the master wasn’t good. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedding and bed are great. View was stunning from the back porch. Now the stuff that needs changing! Customers advise. The restaurant is understaffed and they don’t pay any attention to the customers because they work their tails off. It’s to small and if your not at breakfast by 8:30am your going to wait and I mean wait. Then they close at 5pm. Ridiculous! The staff even told us they need help and two shifts. Was really disappointed! The beach is amazing. But don’t plan on swimming. It’s not a swimming beach! All in all we really enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Thank you!!

Wonderful condo in Cabo
This was a beautiful condo in Cabo with four bedrooms and 3 baths. It had two balconies off the master suites and a third balcony off the main living area. The kitchen was nice and everything listed was supplied. The bathrooms were warm as they don’t have great ventilation but the rest of the condo was cool. We had issues with two bedroom units but the owner completely took care of them quickly. We loved the pool and Roger! The swim up bar was amazing and we ended up eating at the restaurant most days breakfast and lunch. There is no swimming at our beach but another beach was close by. We did walk on our beach and get some amazing photos! We would love to stay here again!

The hostess Amanda was so great to deal with. It was my husband and my first time to Cabo and we enjoyed our stay so much. Amanda helped us with check in and check out. She was very accommodating. It was my 60th birthday that I will never forget. My whole family got to join us and we made lots of memories together. Love how close this is to everything. It is very quiet and was very clean. We definitely will be back! Highly recommended! Great for families. We could walk everywhere too.
