Overall, great spot - restaurants and food was amazing. Can't fault they were doing reno's at the theatre but that was tough to see the night shows or find a spot to sit at Palmar. Would be nice to see some kind of lobby bar or outside a restaurant/Sports bar to have a drinks later in the evening at Villa Del Arco. Some miscommunication with what was included or types of drinks available between the restaurants and staff members. Would come again for sure!

The layout was nice, Del Arco is one of 3 resorts all together, so all inclusive included the Del Palmar too. Restaurant selection was a good variety. The diwnside to this resort is the poops and hit tubs all close at 8pm, and all the bars close at 11pm, so if one wants to continue into the night they must gi diwntown by eat of taxi to

Unfriendly staff. My room was switched from what had booked to something less.. with really no view. The front desk said because our room was given away to another customer! The bedding was dirty and smell horrible, I ask for clean sheets and pillow case but the would always said they would take care of out.. but it never happened. The food was horrible. Will never stay here and will not recommend to anyone. What a nightmare!!
