Considering this was also a work trip that I needed internet for and lost out on more money than the whole trip cost, I’d say they do their guests a great disservice not notifying them that their internet is out for 10 days prior to their travels and with no fix date in sight. No wifi our entire stay. And almost no cell service here, so forget about upping your data plan. A waste. Also we saw news of some construction but heard it was minimal but instead it was bandsaws and hammering all day every day into the night ours even. We couldn’t even sit at the upper pool & had to stay at the kids pool for some quiet time. Construction echoed all through our room and we couldn’t have the balcony door open. Plus one of two elevators were broken & had to walk 5 flights of stairs constantly. The register at the market were always down and slow to get anything with them hand writing all purchases. We were never given the 1 massage that was suppose to be included either. And the TV reception was bad with constant popups on the screen to advertise some feature on the TV. When we asked for our money back, the hotel said to take it up with Travelocity. And Travelocity said they need to clear it with the hotel. So far we have not yet been refunded. All in all, a miserable experience here. Maybe their customer service can help but so far not at all.

Had an amazing time at the resort! Food was excellent for an all inclusive resort. Property was clean, workers were so nice and accommodating. Iracema took care of us for two nights with a huge smile and knew exactly what our orders were. We really enjoyed the shows after dinner, greatly coordinated. We even went off site to do some shopping and downtown which wasn’t far at all. The beach was clean and sunset was amazing! We even got to see a few cruise ships. Pool wasn’t crowded and was able to get a chair with no problem. We would definitely go back and bring our kids so they can have the great experience we did!

Restaurants are outside, lots of flies and dyskomfort because of high temperature, all inclusive clients have to sign receipts for anything that they get, even water, very small swimming pools, not enough chairs around the pools, slow costumer service and the best: when my husband had a stomach flu and I asked for 6 bottles of water because he had a diarrhea the guy from the bar said that there are 2 bottles of water per person daily😂😂😂I travel a lot and this is the worst all inclusive hotel I have ever stayed.

The front desk was very rude. The concierge called me weeks in advance to see if we were celebrating anything special which I told them a birthday. Nothing special was done so not sure why they ask. Asked to speak with a manager for 4 days about the issues we were having with check still never got to speak with anyone. Left a message for the concierge never got a return call. Hotel under construction which was a nightmare. Rooms smell like mildew and dirty. Overall, would not recommend this place.

We had an all inclusive package which included food and drinks. The beach was beautiful. There were vendors on the beach that may be a pest but overall it was enjoyable.

Food was excellent! Staff goes above and beyond. Beautiful resort that is located on the beach. About 4-5 pools, jacuzzi, & slide. The Marina is 5 minutes or less driving. We took a cab for $12. Wouldn’t recommend walking the 15-20 minutes as the temperature is hot. Weather was perfect in the high 80’s. Would not want to be here when temperatures are above 90. There’s a mini market, Starbucks, & boutique in resort. There’s a free trolley that takes you to the other 2 neighbor hotels. We had the all inclusive and would definitely come back!
