The Space:
Welcome to our beachfront haven set upon the Pristine sands of Playa Grande. With ample space for 10, our home encapsulates comfort, convenience, and quintessential beach living. Experience Costa Rica's breathtaking beauty from your doorstep!

The heart of our home is an expansive kitchen-dining area, perfect for culinary adventures and joyful gatherings. It boasts modern appliances and an array of cooking basics to meet all your gourmet needs. Cherish unforgettable meals with the ocean as your backdrop.

Drift to sleep in any of our three master suites. Each well-appointed room features an en suite bathroom for added privacy, with one king size and three queen-size beds, along with two single beds. The ground-floor rooms include an extra loft space, perfect for children or friends. Up above, the master suite offers a loft-style balcony overlooking the living area and mesmerizing ocean views.

With powerful air conditioning and beautiful ocean panoramas filling every window, relaxation is just a heartbeat away. Our living room is equipped with cable TV for your entertainment after sundrenched days.

In addition, there's a one-car garage and separate caretaker's unit. Our friendly caretakers are mostly unobtrusive but are there if you need any help, and Elsa's local dining delights are just a request away!

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy full and private access to the home, along with free parking on premises. There's additional paid parking off-premises and plenty of free street parking. You'll enter the property using a private entrance which ensures your seclusion and tranquility.

Our beachfront retreat is perfect for all travelers seeking sun, Surf, and serenity. It's close to national parks, stunning beaches, a renowned yoga studio, and a sublime spa.

Relish the dry season by basking under cloudless skies or engage in thrilling activities such as zip-lining and canopy tours nearby. Add a touch of festive cheer to your stay by booking for upcoming holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's. Imagine festive feasts with the ocean as your backdrop, or welcoming the new year under starlit skies.

Please note, though our home does not currently provide a hairdryer, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, or heating, it’s equipped with every other amenity to ensure your comfortable and blissful stay. For the enjoyment of everyone, we kindly ask that you adhere to our house rules of no smoking, no pets, and no events or parties.

Could be really great but some major issues
Place appears as advertised. Check in was a little different because you have to contact the house keeper who lives in a small casita right by the driveway. Arrived and texted her and waited for her to open the gate and she gives you house keys and a brief tour of the house. House location is awesome and Elsa (the housekeeper) keeps it tidy but there is a major cockroach infestation. I texted the house owner or manager thru vrbo and he said he would have someone come look at it. No one ever came. There was roach droppings and roach eggs in the kitchen. We had local friends over one evening and the electricity went out twice in an hour, both times when the lights came on, the ladies screamed bec there were roaches everywhere. The second main issue was the beds/pillows. The pillows did not smell clean. The next day my wife asked Elsa to clean the sheets/pillowcases. Afterwards, they still did not smell good and my wife figured out that the pillows smelled really strong, so perhaps they need to be washed or replaced? Both downstairs rooms had the same issue. The upstairs bed and pillows smelled clean. This brings me to another point. There is a washer/dryer but you have to ask Elsa to do laundry for you. My wife does not like letting others wash some of her nicer clothing items, so we ended up never using it. Elsa is spectacular and we left her a nice gratuity. Take care of roaches & bed/pillow smell and this place is awesome.

Villa Siempre is a great location. Air conditioning worked great, surfing out the back, no security problems, easy to get to from Liberia, and the WiFi worked great if you need it. Looking forward to our return trip.

10 days of heaven
I was nervously awaiting my trip to Costa Rica, but all nerves were gone the moment I got "home"! This home made the trip for my family. It has everything you need and more! The proximity to the beach is second to none! Because of this experience we had this trip went from being a once in a lifetime trip to something my family is going to try to do on an annual basis! 5 stars is not enough of a rating for this property

What I love most about this home, is the perfect spot on the beach. Wonderful places to walk to and see. I enjoy the peacefulness and the charm of this home. There is just enough places to eat, grocery shop, and surf shops nearby. My kids enjoyed the simplicity of walking to play in the sand and walk back when they are tired or hungry. Their ages are 9,5,4,2,and 7mo. (The 2 and 7mo obviously didn’t do the walking). The home is clean and neat with plenty of room. The open floor plan assured the family was always entertained together.
