Hay que pagar $9 adicionales por la mascota pequeña y no lo indicaba en el app.

Thank you. We are so glad you were pleased with your stay. We are quite rural and we are lucky the internet is usually good here but during high season when there is extremely high demand it does impact the internet. Thankfully, it is a small part of the time.

Quick overnight stay.
Publié le 10 janv. 2023 sur HotelsWe booked a room last minute as we decided not to drive back to Tama. We received excellent service and communication from the owner. The pool was clean and good water temperature. She let us charge our phones and have a detailed run down of our room. The room was very clean and had a fridge. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Llegamos a media noche.. (después de trabajar y trayecto) la persona que nos atendió no tenía mi reserva, me estaban dando la habitación que otra persona había reservado, tuvimos que esperar a que se aclarara el tema..

Catalina, the confusion was that you put 1 guest in your reservation and there were four of you. When we see a reservation land in our Amigos Room and there's only one person we upgrade you to a nicer room with a larger bed. Many people make mistakes when they select the room. In your case, you selected the room you wanted but you indicated there was only you and not the other 3 people with you. This is the information that we needed to correct. When you arrived at midnight, only the guard was at the hotel, reception was closed. So he called and woke the owner so that he could do the right thing for you. Additionally, he was a temporary guard covering the night off of the regular guard. He used the reservation of the other person because it indicated two people (which is closer to four) Thank you for you patience and understanding. Thank you so much for choosing to stay at our hotel.
