Avis Reserva Conchal, Golf/Ocean View Penthouse- updated 3/3 with loft

My family and I stayed at this property for New Year's and everything was wonderful. The apartment is exactly as you see on the pictures and Kelle is an amazing host, he gave us great recommendations for our stay and responded almost immediately to our requests. Communication was excellent! Great place to stay and I absolutely recommend it.

This is a superb vacation destination. The condo was magnificent. The beach was pristine. The food was delicioso. The amenities provided by this resort like facility was work class.

Renting this condo was seamless and hassle free. Everything within the condo was just as listed, if not better. The views were beautiful from the main living area, and 2 of the bedrooms. All bathrooms were beautifully updated. The location of the condo was very ideal to everything we had planned in Costa Rica. The owner provided some great recommendations on food and adventures. The only drawback we experienced is that we actually were not able to use the pool area at the Westin because that resort was at capacity. We used the pool at the beach club which is further away, and the condo facility has a nice pool of its own. We spent most of our week zip lining, fishing, snorkeling and exploring, so we didn’t spend too much time at the pool. The beach area was also experiencing red tide so just be aware of that going into anywhere you would stay in Costa Rica. The W hotel had a wonderful and beautiful breakfast buffet that I would recommend one day. It was great having a full kitchen in the condo for coffee, easy breakfasts and snacks. There are some casual supermarkets within 5 minutes drive. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Costa Rica. Our kids (age 15, 12 and 8) absolutely loved this place and having their own space to spread out. Highly recommend!

The property is nice, perfectly located, clean and has all you need to have a great vacation. We really appreciate all the support given from the owner at all times. We fully recommend it

I would recommend this property. Clean, quiet and beautiful! Shuttle service is prompt, a short ride to all amenities. Kelle was great to work with, we had easy check in and out, she was also very helpful with information for the area.
