Overall this was a great property to stay at. View was nice and the condo was clean and spacious.

The Reserva Conchal in general is superb. Playa Conchal is my favorite beach in CR. Pools great, gym fantastic, grounds exceptional, views fantastic. I recommend that for rate charged, a decent TV be installed and Netflix etc be available. The Tv is something you see in a cheap hotel. Also, kitchen chairs are too low and uncomfortable. Washer and dryer bery convenient, and kitchen had all the necessary implements.

Great location, awsome view, and well equipped kitchen plus access to the beach club. Highly recommended for families.
