Fabuleux hôtel, magnifique design. Plage extraordinaire (transparente, propre, immense). Très belle piscine, dommage que le w deck ne soit pas ouvert pour les ados.

Le personnel est très sympathique mais le service est absolument décevant. La qualité de la nourriture est très médiocre sauf pour le restaurant cuccina mercado où les déjeuners à la carte y sont excellents et le service généralement bien. La localisation, le chambre et la propriété sont magnifiques. Par contre de manière générale le service n’est pas celui d’un 5 étoiles, que ce soit du nettoyage des chambres, à la disponibilité de chaises ou même de serviettes à la piscine comme à la plage, à la mauvaise qualité de la nourriture. Malheureusement ces problématiques font en sorte que cet établissement n’en vaut pas le prix.

I like everything but the overpriced menus. All staff are amazingly nice.

This is a very comfortable hotel with spacious rooms and very kids friendly. The staff was very nice and always happy to help which makes things easier when travelling with children. The whole breakfast team was amazing, the guys transporting us around the resort were so helpful, and the people at the check in desk were always happy to answer our questions. We had a lovely time and our children loved it. Thank you!

Our stay was definitely one of a kind! The hotels is on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. We love the hotel and the amenities that it has to offer. One of the showers coming out from the beach is under repair, as well as the deck around the pool seems like it needs replacing but besides that everything else seems to be taken care of. Dinner and lunch options are really good BUT a bit overpriced at night. The theme night of Mexico was not that great as the menu descriptions did not match the food but besides that night, everything was tasty and fresh. The breakfast is definitely worth it so try that! The little town near by Brasilito and Flamingo had amazing restaurants but our beach was the best! We love that we always had access to golf carts for transportation and valet parking was fast, if you rent a car, which I recommend to do. The welcome drink was a small touch that was really nice and our room was amazing! Be prepared to walk and enjoy nature!
