The hotel itself was clean however I had poor internet service and no hot water in my room during the duration of my stay. The staff did provide me with a discount on my room upon check out.

water heater was out the 1st night, barking dogs

Also We are immensely troubled that the noise issues you experienced caused your stay to be unpleasant.
