Bien .. pour ce prix
Publié le 5 août 2019 sur HotelsPour le prix, correct mais chambre pas très propre (tapis,chaises, couvertures). Draps et serviettes de bain ok. Vaisselle sale. Par contre excellent wifi. Parking vaste.

motel propre, mais juste bon pour une nuit de passage - insonorisation complètement absente.

Publié le 9 juill. 2017 sur HotelsMotel vraiment bas de gamme, équivalent 1 étoile en FRANCE, au bord de la highway c propre , mais aucun charme. La piscine était en travaux.... pas de petit dej mais pas mal de restaurants autour pour les repas. Vraiment juste une étape. Je pense qu'il y a mieux au même prix.

Great place to stop by in Cache Creek

I was a bit worried after looking at the reviews of the motels in Cache Creek and decided to go for this one. We arrived very late on our way to Vancouver from the Rockies. The staff was very helpful and super friendly. The room was very clean. We were able to continue our journey the next day well rested. Very happy about the choice.

The name is not on our system, the room may be under someone else name. Our housekeepers work hard to keep higher standards.Never received a review like this but we don’t know which room did you get the issue.Please let us know right away next time, at least before you leave if you can.

Property could use a little TLC. Outside stairs to access second floor had rotten wood in the railings. Tub faucet was running all the time and couldn't be fully shut off. Place was showing its age. Room was clean and comfortable but with signs of poor maintenance you have to wonder what else is not being taken care of.

After Expedia reservation check-in, got fleeced for additional $20 as the only room left was not pet friendly according to clerk. After getting to the room it was not human friendly. It was filthy and the room in a very poor state of repair. Shower didn’t work and bath tap could not be turned off. It ran all night. Air conditioner in room did not work either. It was 36C so would have been great of worked. Don’t stay here. It’s a dump!

Sorry to see your review. You should let me know right away and I offer you money back.There should have info related pet room and I gave you the exception to stay, I should have let you go better based on your description, you may be happier than being accepted.There were no any issues another guest stayed the day before. If you are a responsible guest, you should let us know immediately or before you leave at least instead of misleading review. We care our guests the best and don’t expect you reserve our hotel again.Sorry to say that but I’m so angry with this type of guest.
