Lovely stay in Cadiz!
Posted Apr. 28, 2024 on HomeAwayWe had a wonderful time in Cadiz! Ana’s apartment was easy walking distance to the heart of the old town and to the water. There is a lovely park across the street where you can enjoy drinks and a beautiful sunset. Ana was very helpful and responded to all of our questions very quickly.

Wonderfully Located Apartment in Cadiz

We really enjoyed the location of this apartment in old town Cadiz. We met the caretaker María Jesús on arrival and she checked us in and helped get us parked in the lift garage. She was a big help! Access to the lift was great so we could easily come and go while we explored other beaches and drove to the ferry in Tarifa. The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable and great for exploring shops and restaurants in the old town area.

It was comfortable and in a great location for beach, parks, restaurants.
We really liked Cadiz.

Lovely apartment close to lots of attractions and shops

There is a lift to the apartment giving easy access with heavy cases.
The kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher and is well laid out.
The bathroom has a bath as well as a shower.
There was plenty of space to relax and two good size bedrooms.
The check in and check out processes were simple and went very smoothly.
As a bonus we had access to a garage under the property which was very useful as we had a car.
When we visited in March it was quiet making for a very relaxing stay.
Overall we had a lovely few days stay and would definitely try and stay there again if we return to Cadiz.

Magnificent Cadiz
Posted Jan. 10, 2020 on HomeAwayOur first time in Cadiz and the city did not dissapoint, but the highlight of our 4 day stay was the apartment, its location was perfect, restaurants, tapas bars, lovely easy strolls through the narrow streets of Cadiz all within a stones throw from the apartment. Superb underground parking via lift under the apartment, we have stayed in a number of apartments in our travels but this one is by far the best. Very modern, ultra clean, well equipped could not ask for more and contact with the owner was simple and quick if you had a question. I could go on but suffice to say we love Cadiz and will be returning and the only place we will stay will be here

Great location
Posted Sep. 30, 2019 on HomeAwayModern apartment in the old part of Cadiz. The apartment had everything you needed. Ana always answered quickly to any questions. There was construction noise outside but closing the windows helped reduced the noise. The park in front of her complex is gorgeous.

Well located flat in old Cadiz
Posted May 30, 2019 on HomeAwayThe flat was well appointed and had everything required for an enjoyable holiday. The photo is slightly misleading as there is no view of the sea without leaning out of the window, BUT it is very close to the park photographed and we took our evening drinks across the road and out to the park where we enjoyed the lovely view of the sea and the sunset. The car park was conveniently in the building and as it is on the edge of the old town, it is easy to get out onto the outer main road and then off to Jerez or other towns.
Cadiz is a super old town to explore and the flat was walking distance to anything and everything that one would want to see.
Ana was an attentive host before and during the visit and her caretaker was also extremely helpful. We were given some excellent restaurant recommendations.

I am sorry you felt mislead though, in my advert I never mention the "sea view" at all and in the photo it is says clearly that it is taken from the building, no from my apartment. The reason I put that photo is for people to get an idea of the fantastic location and to have a view of the neighbourhood.
If you ever wish to visit Cadiz again in the future it would be my pleasure to have you at my place.

Great location and lovely well maintained property. Very responsive owner and very flexible around check in time etc.
