Convenient place to stay if you want to see Caen and Normandy.

* wifi service is great
* no air conditioning and the room is on the north side of the building. It is often colder than the outside temperature.
* Major grouping of bus stops right in front of the building make traveling to museums and train station very convenient. I went on 3 side trips and had relatively easy time of it.
* from the airport, you want the bus to Caen Theatre. Uber can be very slow to respond
* convenient grocery store; Monoprix across street
* just off major tourism areas, like the Castle and major churches
* laundromats are relatively close, but be prepared for expensive loads of laundy.
After settling in here a few days, I realized what a good choice this was for the area. Owner is very responsive and was easy to work with.
