We enjoyed a very pleasant two nights stay with our grandaughter. Our hosts Karen & Mel were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a beautiful sea view. Breakfast was very generous, delicious and with plenty of choice, particularly of gluten free options.
If we are in the area again would certainly like to stay here.
The only downside was we were on the top floor and as their wasn't a lift my wife found it a little difficult. However I'm sure there are rooms lower down. A very good, picturesque location.

Contre : To be honest i couldn't think of much
Emplacement : it is handy for the Snodonia National Park and the Highland Railway at Carnarvon and also the Ffestiniog Railway.
nice clean B&B close to Snodonia national park with some stunning beaches close by and close enough to explore Anglesea , Made to feel very welcome and would defiantly stay there again, the breakfast is lovely especially as you sit looking out to the sea
