We had a lovely stay! And we would highly recommend other people to come here. Our hosts were incredibly nice.

Great stay in Caernarfon
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HotelsWe had a lovely stay at this small, family-run hotel and would definitely recommend it. Jan was very kind and helpful before and during the stay. A good base for visiting the Lleyn Peninsula and we even had great weather!

A fabulous experience awaits guests
The property is so quaint and feels like a living museum of fantastic art and decor. The room was huge, but includes all mod concerns including a fridge and microwave which are godsends. The supermarket was just 7 minutes on foot. Wonderful host and a magical stay.

Our room was so well appointed- Italian linens, authentic Port Merion china for the tea service in the room and home made Welsh cakes! This small inn is so comfortable and conveniently located in an interesting community. Highly recommended.

Caernarfon certainly has some interesting characters from all walks of life & from all parts of the globe but still maintains it's authentic strong Welsh roots where 80%+ speak Welsh as their first language. Jan and her staff were so friendly and beyond helpful. The Victoria House is within the castle walls, so it's a quick walk everywhere. Breakfast is not served on site, however, Jan will make reservations at a nearby restaurant at a discounted price. She also kept topping up our tea, hot chocolate, Welsh Cakes, etc. There was a small fridge and microwave in our room, which was very convenient. The bed was so comfortable and the room was a very good size. We highly recommend booking in here! We had a wonderful stay!

Great stay at a lovely guesthouse.
Publié le 10 mai 2024 sur HotelsMy partner and I recently had a wonderful stay at Victoria House. We were warmly greeted by Jan and she made us feel very welcome throughout. We also loved meeting her dogs, Oscar and Honey!
The room was very comfortable and the house is in a great location. We used the regular local buses to visit nearby towns and to visit Snowdon.
We had a great time in Caernarfon and if we visit again, we will certainly stay at Victoria House.

Supurb Host, Location & Accomodation
Publié le 9 mai 2024 sur HotelsI don’t usually stay in bed & breakfasts but needed to due to the location of where I was working.
Stunning place, super friendly host.
They have thought of just about everything which you don’t get in chain hotels.
Quality bedding and many little treats in the room.
I didn't hear any noise from other guests and had a really good night's rest which was needed after a long drive.
Will stay again without hesitation if in the area again.
