Comfortable and close to town

Pros: Friendly host, lots of information available on things to do. Room was large with high ceiling and comfortable beds.
Cons: A bit of fruit for breakfast would have been nice and did not like the prepackaged doughy sweet rolls every morning
Location: Near to the marinas. Good bus connection to Poetta beach and downtown Cagliari.
Great place for us near to Sant Elmo marina where we keep our boat.

The way of making bussines?

I got to the hotel about 14:30hs rang the bell many times and no aswer, then I decided to call to them and no-one picked the phone! A helpful neigbour tolld me the owner doesn't live in and then call them back, it was back them 19:00hs! At 19:30 the owners arrived( AFTER FIVE HOURES WAITING) No appologies, no explanation was given to me; when I wanted to explain to them what just happend the lady stopped me and said " i don't speak English or Spanish Mr. the room cost £... in cash" That was all. That was my only day in Cagliari completely ruined..

Très bien équipé, pratique, proche des bus allant au centre ville et à la plage, personnel très aimable, pas un seul point noir !!

Staff eccellente ma non organizzati

Mi spettava una quadrupla con angolo cottura e frigorifero, al mio arrivo nonostante ci fosse scritto che la mia stanza era garantita in qualsiasi orario arrivassi, al mio arrivo vengo messo in una stanza senza i comfort da me richiesti.. Il giorno seguente veniamo spostati in una stanza con i confort ma la metà di quella da me richiesta.. Mi spiace perché lo staff è stato molto disponibile ma non hanno rispettato le mie richieste per ciò che avevo pagato, ovvero quadrupla con angolo cottura

Caro Omar ...siamo una piccola struttura a livello familiare..non abbiamo una reception aperta a tutte le ore bensì ad orari ben precisi e scritti sulla prenotazione....ma al di là di questo quando eri qui ti abbiamo offerto una camera più grande ma che tu e la tua ragazza non avete accettato perché non era di vs gradimento...vi abbiamo proposto un'altra camera un po' più piccola con l'angolo cottura e ci avete detto che andava benissimo...vi ho chiesto durante il soggiorno se era tutto ok....e mi hai personalmente detto tutto ok...vi abbiamo dato le biciclette in omaggio una settimana e manco un grazie....alla partenza grandi sorrisi , saluti e ringraziamenti e poi questo bel commento.... grazie a te per averci scelto e ci dispiace averti deluso nonostante i nostri sforzi...ma pazienza....nostra colpa... è vero .

Excellentes vacances
Posted Aug. 15, 2016 on HotelsNous avons passé 2 semaines à Cagliari au b&b Al Solemar. Accueil très chaleureux. Andrea et Ara sont très gentils et serviables. Les lieux sont très propres. Hôtel bien placé, service de bus à 2 pas.je le recommande à tous,.
