Très bel hôtel

Très beau séjour dans un hôtel magnifique au centre ville à côté du port et de la Marina. Très bien accueilli par un personnel chaleureux mais qui ne parle pas Français… quel dommage !! La piscine sur le toit est vraiment petite mais elle existe donc avec beaucoup de chance , vous avez une des 10 places pour vous y installer !! Petit déjeuner vraiment complet avec du chaud, froid , viennoiseries et fromages de qualité !! Pas de regrets , on s’est régalé !!

The staff was helpful and friendly, treated me and my 8 year old son like honoured guests. They were ver responsive to requests. Loved the breakfast! Though we didn’t wake up early enough to take advantage of it each day, the variety and quality of the food never disappointed. The chef will make your omelet however you like or the staff will go hunt for a grapefruit for you if there aren’t any out (with a smile!). The quality and taste extended to Cielo and we happily made our way through that delicious menu (do not leave without trying the duck). The meals at the beach club were also quite delicious with fresh ingredients. You do have to book the shuttle and reserve beach chairs but if the times do not work for you, it’s a quick cab ride away. You can book your activities on your own but if you’re having trouble (and I did on a few things) the concierge can make it happen for you, so utilize that excellent man. The hotel was in a great location for walking to other restaurants or meeting points for tours. Quick walk to bus and train stop if needed. Lots of good shopping about and if you forget to make a reservation at Cielo and it’s full, walking across the street to Hublot is a great option and the food and service there will convert you to a lifetime customer. The rooftop pool at the hotel is kiddie sized. Wasn’t a problem for me because I don’t do pools and my child enjoyed frolicking it in. Honestly, can’t wait to stay again!

Pro: location, modern rooms, friendly & helpful reception, shuttle to the beach Con: No balcony. Roof top experience mediocre (understaffed and unattentive. also, the roof top closes at nights, doors locked, so no access).

If you are staying in Cagliari, this hotel (location and accommodations and staff) are really excellent. It is practical to go anywhere from there (compared to staying in the old city) while you are a mile or two from the old town. The hotel is redone recently with very high end finished and touches
