His place is not suitable for Guests
Publié le 6 mars 2020 sur HotelsIf you don't mind a big pile of sand just out your front door and a swimming pool hole work in progress right out your back door plus dust and construction noise all day long. I did mind this and could only handle one night there because they would not allow me to cancel the first night. This property as not suitable for guests until the construction project is completed!

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful owner. Close to the town and restaurants.

Good value, nice owners!
Publié le 25 févr. 2019 sur HotelsNice couple Hector and Mary run the place. Reasonable rates, close to town but quiet, no major issues. Hot water heater didn’t work in shower but it’s hot here so no big deal. Great bakery nearby, overall good value place to stay

Today i realized with your review that the hot water didn't work during your stay. I already fixed in 5 minutes because the only i need is to change the resistance.
We always tell to the guests that is better to let us know if something is not working propertly to fix it asap.
We can't control that something start failing, but we will put all our effort to help if the guests help us with that.
Thanks for staying with us. We had a great time with you. Have a nice trip and enjoy :)

Hotel as Advertised!
Publié le 12 juin 2018 sur HotelsThe Hotel Aban is exactly as advertised. Basic rooms at a fair price. Fran and his friend Mar made my stay very welcoming. The room was large with plenty of storage space, hot shower, refrigerator, coffee maker, great Wi-Fi and a safe in the room. I highly recommend this hotel for budget travelers.
