Check-in was a breeze. Rooms were clean and well kept. Kitchen fully equipped.

Overall the property satisfied our needs but did not look at all like the pictures shown online on Expedia. It was somewhat older but clean.
Also It would have been nice to have a Coffee Maker.

Kate I am sorry you feel this way, but when someone wants a refund you dont wait until you have left the apartment, you come and see me, especially if you saw a cockroach. You stayed in the apartment for 3 days and even when you left you didnt say a word. When a guest is not happy with something I deal with it straight away. Regards Anna
