I do apologize for that but I am afraid it is the road we are on, which has alot of trucks going past. The only way we can stay ahead is keep doors shut at all times. Thank you for your feed back -Anna

シャンプーやトイレットペーパーが足りず宿泊日にち分あれば尚更良い。ティッシュペーパー等も欲しかった。
食器や道具などの設備は色々備わり非常によかった。

Old apartment complex - we got put in Beaumont. But it served its purpose and was easy to walk to the marina, groceries and the Esplanade. a few strange things like the side lamps had no light bulbs in them, and the kettle leaked, and no basic cooking items like salt and pepper or oil, and no bathroom shampoo and conditioner, so the Woolworths over the road got a good workout.

sorry about those things - wasnt aware until you departed kettle, light bulbs were fixed straight away, there should of been shampoo and conditioner there, i do apologize for this, I did get onto housekeeping straight away about these things as they should of been picked up. my apologies

Good position. Well equipped kitchen. Would benefit from a service when staying for a week.

The staff were very helpful, accommodating and warm. The apartment was spacious with a wonderful outdoor sitting area for morning coffees and evening dining. The apartment also had many appliances which was great eg NutriBullet for smoothies and an air fryer. There was a door handle that didn’t work properly but they fixed it as soon as it was mentioned and they appreciated being told. Overall the apartment was fantastic, the location was great and we had a wonderful family holiday.

早目のチェックインもさせて頂き大変によかったです。
５人で利用しましたが 部屋・ベッド・トイレ・風呂の数の多さに感激でした

The floors were very dirty. The furnture was torn and uncomfortable. The kitchen was not well stocked - the plastic glasses were dirty and the selection of utensils was poor.
The internet was turned off unexpectedly for a significant length of time and was a serious inconvenience.
Overall, the apartment looked very tired - morel ike a hostel than a vacation apartment.

Dear guest, I do apologize for any inconvenience, I do apologize for the internet which we had a technician come and fix, the furniture isnt torn but i will look into maybe replacing the couch for comfort, the kitchen is well stocked - but if there was something extra you needed, we always try and accommodate, we replaced the plastic glasses, they were discoloured not dirty, thank you for letting us know that.
