Publié le 23 août 2017 sur Hotelseverything went well from check in to checkout. the guy at reception was really nice. we got our from around noon which was highly appreciated.
rooms are clean and well equipped, only thing is they look really old as is the furniture.

少し古い施設ですがスタッフはフレンドリーで優しいです。きれいに掃除されていますが、やはり一個一個の設備は古いので不便もあります。それでも部屋は広く、冷蔵庫も大きいので長く滞在する場合は快適かと。
ただ繁華街からは少し歩くので、毎晩飲んだ後は帰るのに疲れました。また子連れの場合も公営プールから遠いので遊び疲れたあとに抱っこして帰るのにも大変でした笑

The room is really good value for the price, I stay in Cairns every two weeks and have found that some of the big name Hotels with high rates around Cairns are not as nice as this place.

最初に部屋の鍵を1つしかもらえず、妻が部屋に残るとき、電気設備をＯＮにするためにカードキーを差し込んでおかなければならず、夫が外出すると、帰ってきた時に施設のエントランスのカギがなく、インターホンで、開けてほしい旨お願いすると、「なぜカードキーを持っていない？」と問い詰められ、不満を言われた。理由を話すと、2つめのカギを渡してくれた。２つカギがあるのなら、最初から渡してほしい。
以降は自分の非があったからか、笑顔での対応をしてくれた。

Great place to stay in Cairns
Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe location was great for the purpose of our trip. 5 min walk to the convention center. It also 10 min walk to the city center and waterfront area. The unit was clean. Management was great in accommodating and responding to our requests. Thank you Warren so much!

オーナーは気さくで、楽しい人でした。部屋も広く綺麗。海もケアンズ駅にも歩ける距離で便利でした。必要な物はほとんど揃っています。ドライヤーも風量が強くて助かりました。
