Hotel à 20m de la plage, possibilité d' effectuer de reservation pour diverses activités.
Présence de bons restaurant à proximité.
Hotel calme.

Très confortable et très agréable
Publié le 16 août 2010 sur ExpediaL'hotel est situé au coeur de Palm Cove. Il est très confortable, avec des chambres très belles et cuisine et jacuzzi dans la chambre. Tout à fait recommandable pour un séjour en couple ou en famille. Les chambres sont neuves.
La chambre était très spacieuse, peut etre que juste l'isolation acoustique de l'entrée pourrait etre améliorée. Mais c'est un probleme mineur.
La piscine est très sympa avec meme un jacuzzi et un bbq a coté.
Tout est parfait.

Customer service was disrespectful and the service person at the front desk was rude and impolite.
Rooms were nice apart from the service person when checking in and out was very disrespectful and rude. Will not be staying here again.

Hello ShayleeWe are sorry to hear that the Reef Retreat did not meet with your expectations. Perhaps it would be useful if you gave some thought about how you introduce yourself to people who do not know you and have never met you before. You walked in off the street, on Saturday afternoon, and stated “Hi I have a booking for two nights”. No other information was offered, no id was offered and no proof of booking confirmation was offered. When asked for your name you replied Shaylee. As you must surely be aware bookings everywhere, and especially at hotels are listed by surname not first name, so a check of incoming bookings would not have shown a booking for Shaylee. You were then asked for your surname.We acknowledge that the receptionist misheard the pronunciation of your surname, which led to some further confusion. Asking for your surname and trying to clarify what exactly it is, is neither rude nor disrespectful, but a necessary part of the check in process. Shoving your phone into the receptionist’s face as proof of a booking is not helpful.Once you checked in you had no further contact with any of the Reef Retreat staff until 2.30pm on Sunday afternoon when you partner came to reception and said you were checking out early. You were not present at this time. No explanation for your early departure was offered. Your partner asked if a refund could be provided as you were checking out 1 night early. It was explained to your partner, as politely as possible, that as per the cancellation policy, early departure incurs the full cost of the stay and a refund could not be provided. If there were special circumstances to be considered neither you or your partner made these known.

Lovely setting
Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe Reef Retreat setting is very nice and tranquil. The only drawback for us was our room was a top floor one. We had lots of suitcases due to our cruise before we disembarked in Cairns. The location is very good and close to many restaurants. The room was comfortably and had everything we needed.

A lovely place to stay. Very leafy and calm with a fabulous outdoor kitchen on our balcony. We had a spa room and it was very spacious.

Perfect location and space to stay for a quick getaway. The room was set up nicely for what we needed with a bed, bathroom and convenient outdoor cooking space and area. The pool was close to the room and a lovely spot to relax
