Impossible de laisser les valises en consigne. On a dû payer 20 dollars dans un autre hôtel ce service. Impossible de prendre une douche. Très sale voir insalubre. La chambre très sale aussi. Nous avons été obligées d’acheter des draps. Impossible de se poser sur les toilettes. Je n’ai jamais vu ça. À fuir absolument J’espere que les autres hôtels de mon voyage seront plus propres.

We were renovating our luggage room, which was unavailable for 2 days, but you could have left your luggage with us at the reception during this time.Our bathrooms are cleaned three times a day, but it appears the cleanliness was compromised due to the actions of other guests. Apologies for that. We’re also sorry to hear you had issues with the sheets. If there was a problem, we would have been happy to provide new ones if you had let us know.Please keep in mind that we operate as a backpackers hostel, so our facilities and services differ from those of a hotel. We appreciate your understanding and hope your future stays are more comfortable.

Very quiet, stayed in a 2 person room with my friend. Simple & clean. Bathroom was great…lots of showers & clean. Felt very safe. No parking, so try the parking garage on Lake St, $12/day.

Paid extra for the premium king private room and spent the whole time listening to slamming doors. The shared bathroom for the premium rooms isn’t lockable so be prepared to walk in on people on the loo or in the shower! Staff are great and location is central and it’s probably great if you’re in a dorm and on a budget but personally I wouldn’t stay there again.

Friendly staff helpfully, clean quite place not stinky felt quite modern, comfy bed pillow not so much but all in all good for what I needed.

Staff seem to not care about this place, the cleaning is surface and thick dust on vents, top of any surface. Floors and bathrooms were cleaned terribly, with thick ingrained dirt around the edges. Cracks tiles, some broken showers, 1 working tumble dryer out of 4, water damage in areas and paint falling off walls in the bed room which were cleaner then the communual areas but defiantly not clean. Staff beside 1 seemed rude and when I asked what the situation with the kitchen was as I have not been there before she said use a box and I couldn't find one as they are overfilled with several “staff” labeled boxes taking up multiple per person. They responded that, it wasn't their problem and I had to figure it out. They had somebags at the bottom which had to be removed as a message was sent to everyoneim not sure what those people did. The kitchen is incredibly dirty, no fresh tea towels available and old dirt almost every where. .the comunnal areas had some sofas which you could see the dirt build up on them. I felt like they didn't care or haven't for a long while. This place could be so much better but its just lacking management and quality staff. I hate to leave a bad review but it was gross. I checked in late at night and left early in the morning, only a short stop but the cleanliness of the hostel was pristine, the room was very spacious for a 4 bedder and super neat & clean as well
