The apartment was lovely, comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. Location was great, walking distance to everything you need cafe, restaurants, lagoon and the boat terminal. Reception staff were lovely and accommodating, we will definitely be going back.
We have a lovely stay at waters edge, located over the road from muddy’s (kids playground, cafe, water play) short walk to city along the esplanade board walk. Spacious apartment with a great view.
My only negative was it wasn’t pram friendly, had to carry pram up/down stairs to get to the lift from both entrances

Our family of 7 stayed in unit 1 for 7 nights. The unit was spacious with enough room for a large group. The direct access to the pool was a big hit with our children and saved the fuss of packing up the family for a trek to the pool every time the kids wanted a swim. Muddys park and cafe directly across the road was handy for the kids to wear themselves out every day, The staff where all friendly and accommodating, including the house keeping who happened to come every day to service our room when our disabled daughter was sleeping. We would definitely recommend this accomodation to our family and friends. The only negatives would be the amount of glass furniture and breakable decor with kids was concerning, we had to move a large amount of breakable items out of our children’s reach. The sun from dawn till after noon was scorching on the front patio and in the pool, some form of shade would be amazing to take advantage of the great location and the swim out pool. Overall a fantastic unit, staff and location.
This apartment was in a great position walk along the boardwalk to the pier, restaurants, shop and the marina with an amazing view from the verandah. Nice pool to swim in. Friendly helpful staff. Will definitely visit again.

Well first of all there is nothing wrong with the property itself it is the location of the property that is the problem .Directly across the road is a large council playground and a Cafe called Muddy’s , well from about 7am to 7pm everyday all you hear if you have the windows or sliding door open is screaming kids , delivery trucks , and cars coming and going. The only way we could get any peace and quite was to shut all the doors and windows.
Would not recommend to anyone who wants some peace and quiet.

The swim out apartment was amazing. Close to Muddys playground and a lovely walk to the shops. The only thing we didn’t like was that the bbq area was not near the pool instead it was out the back where it was hard to get to.

Checking in was excellent. Plenty of room for 4 ladies for our long weekend. Carmel gave us great tips for our 5 day stay. Location was great, however Friday night is a little noisy due to children’s playground across the road. Muddy’s Cafe across the road has fantastic coffee.

Beautiful property in great city
This apartment was better than expected. The building is very clean and quiet and the experience was wonderful. The unit is very bright and open and very clean. Rooms had ample space even for international travelers with lots of luggage. Parking garage is easy. Our favorite feature was the wonderful balcony. This is fully furnished and made it easy for us to enjoy morning with coffee, mid-day for some sunshine and evening with a glass of wine or a cocktail. The views are refreshing. We were very pleased with the front office staff, they were very friendly and made this a wonderful experience. I would recommend this property to anyone.
